Deals Facilitator T5 (9 Facilitators Needed)

 Implement the DEALS program with 25 children per group as per the schedule agreed with the partner and co-facilitate with another group of 25 children. A minimum of 10 working hours per week are requested.   Create a friendly and protective environment for the children.   Commit to the child protection and child safety policy.   Follow the list of do’s and don’ts shared by the deal trainers   Implement the Monitoring & Evaluation tools of the Deals program with the children in collaboration with the deals trainers.   Create and update the filing for the children participating in the DEALs based on War Child guidelines   Identify signs for possible child protection cases and report it to the Child protection focal point.   Cooperate with the outreach worker for the outreach process.   Attend trainings, meetings and workshops requested by War Child   Facilitate and encourages the participation of all children.   Register all children during all sessions and keep the attendance list updated.
