Support teachers in providing quality non-formal education in the Syrian Refugees Emergency Project.
Ensure that periodic visits and monitoring in schools takes place.
Assess teacher training needs based on school visits and collection of regular data
Assist in developing a monitoring and evaluation framework for teachers’ assessment
Assist in developing a monitoring and evaluation framework for students’ assessment
Prepare and submit monthly reports on teachers and students performance
Coordinate and communicate with Filed Officer, Project Coordinator and Project Manager and generally work closely with the WCH Lebanon team
Ensure, promote and facilitate that the principles of child protection and child participation are integrated into all project activities and communication with project staff, children and communities targeted by the project.
Ensure a strict adherence to War Child Holland Child Safety and Protection Policies at all times, including respect for confidentiality and child centred approach, acts in the best interests of the child
Coordinate trainings, workshops and conferences as requested.
Timely identify, inform and discuss any issues with his/her supervisor
Report to Educational Specialist
Any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Education Specialist
