Reviewing the referral prescription and the patient's medical records.

Test and measure patients' strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional ability, respiratory and circulatory efficiency, and record results to develop or review treatment programs.

 Preparing a written plan for the treatment program after evaluating the patient's data.

Guiding, motivating, and helping the patient to perform various physical activities, such as exercises and activities.

Mobile functional and activities of daily living, and the use of supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.

Recording treatment, response, and progress in patient files or entering information on a computer.

Guiding the patient's family regarding treatment procedures to continue at home.

Evaluate and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices.

Consults with other medical practitioners to obtain additional information for patients, suggest revisions in the treatment program, and integrate physical therapy with other aspects of patient care.

Maintain confidentiality and privacy of case.

Preparing special notes and recommendations for each child

Provide referral services if needed.
