Assist in the preparation and management of budget forecasts.

Payments and Purchases Supporting Documents:

Gain hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing supporting documents for payments and purchases.

Understand the importance of accurate and organized documentation in procurement.

Dealing with Different Stakeholders:

Engage with various stakeholders involved in the project.

Supporting Responsibilities:

Operations Department Procurement Support:

Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth procurement processes.

Follow up with suppliers, consultants, and other vendors to track deliveries and resolve issues.

Project Management Support:

Assist the project admin team in project management tasks.

Contribute to the coordination and follow-up with project partners to ensure timely execution.

Duration: 3 months

Reporting Structure: The intern will report to the Operations Manager.

Evaluation: Performance will be evaluated based on the completion of assigned tasks, adherence to deadlines, and overall contribution to the team.
