Job responsibilities / skills

Core responsibilities:

• Delivering the CSI sessions to caregivers in Beirut and other surrounding areas.
• Building the competency of the community facilitators in PSS, through workshops and onsite coaching.
• Developing workshop materials based on the needs.
• Developing PSS sessions based on the needs.

• Necessary experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in working with an NGO in an international/ humanitarian context

• Education level: BA

Education field: social work/ Psychology or human sciences/

Require skills:

• very good communication skills
• Very good facilitation skills
• Very good group management
• Working under pressure
• Working extra hours

Nice to have skills

Theater background

Years of experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the Humanitarian field
