Responsibilities
o Assess the needs and priorities of the targeted beneficiaries and define suitable activities based on participatory approach.
o Set up appropriate timetable for psycho-social support, vocational training and educational activities.
o Ensures activities are appropriate for the physical and mental capacity of children.
o Follow-up attendance of children, report absences and propose appropriate measures when needed.
o Counsel individuals, groups, families, or communities regarding issues including mental health, poverty, unemployment, substance abuse, physical abuse, rehabilitation, social adjustment, child care, and/or medical care
o Update file for each refugee child and his/her family
o Follow-up with trainers and children
o Organize a monthly meeting with teachers and trainers
o Organize referrals and follow-up cases.
o Reports to the child protection focal point as soon as she/he suspect or observe or informed a child or children are at risk of abuse.
o Maintain case history records and prepare reports
Outreach activities
When requested,
o Conduct field visit s at least once per week
o Collect data and updating a database
o Conduct surveys and studies as requested
