Tasks and Duties:
1. Follow up on the Center's affairs
2. Administrative supervision (non-technical) on the work of staff at the center.
3 - Resolve administrative disputes between staff at the center.
4. Coordination of the Center's program of work.
5. Coordination of work between the executive teams in the center.
6- Receiving the beneficiaries and answering their inquiries and solving their problems.
7. Managing the Center's budget.
8 - Writing periodic reports on the progress of work in the Center for Country Manager and Program Director
Qualifications and Experience required:
A university degree in business administration or equivalent certificates, intermediate institute or high institute.
Work experience of at least two years in a similar or related job title.
The English language proficiency is very good.
Work on desktop computer programs.
Coordination skills and problem solving.
Effective communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to the new environment and handle work pressure.
Possibility to work outside official working hours.
