Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

 

    • Tasks and Duties:
  • Develop logical frameworks and monitoring and evaluation plans during program design.
  • Implement monitoring and evaluation plans for the program.
  • Manage the group of information collectors at the Country level.
  • Write performance indicators reports monthly and submit them to the line manager.
  • Ensure the implementation of projects at the level of Country based on agreed specifications.
  • Ensure that stakeholders are involved in the project evaluation process.
  • Lead the central dialogue sessions and opinion polls.
  • Measuring the differences in the indicators between the plan and the real sector level.
  • Supervising the issuance of semi-annual and annual reports at the Country level.
  • Attend meetings with financiers when needed.
  • Coordination with external monitoring and evaluation teams.
  • Partial tasks related to the Human Resources Department.

 

    • Qualifications and Experience required:
  • A university degree in business administration or information analysis or any similar competence or related to the subject matter of the work.
  • Work experience of at least two years in a similar or related job title.
  • Excellent English language proficiency.
  • problem solving and effective communication.
  • Has the sense of initiative and analysis.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the new environment and handle work pressure.
