The evaluation will assess the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability, with a strong focus on gender equality and human rights.

Required Profile
The evaluator / team must have:
Experience in international development cooperation projects
Proven experience in project evaluations (at least 5, preferably in Lebanon and/or health/gender sectors)
Strong knowledge of:
Gender equality
Human rights
Health and protection programming
Ability to work in the field
Academic background in:
Sociology, Political Science, International Relations or related fields
(Postgraduate degree in development/cooperation is an asset)
