(WL) implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Improvement (QITABI) Project, formally invites interested bidders to participate in a competitive procurement process requiring interested companies to submit asap a bidder’s request to receive the full Request For Quotation (RFQ) for Supply & Delivery of School Buses for Primary Public Schools in Lebanonto be supplied to a number of selected Public Schools in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) The RFQ, including all specifications, terms & conditions is available by sending an email to: procurement@qitabi.org Final Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to WL Beirut offices by Aug 31, 2017no later than 5:00 p.m. Beirut time.
