(WL) implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Education Improvement 2 (QITABI 2) Project, formally invites bidders to participate in a competitive procurement process requiring interested companies to submit a bidder’s request to receive the full Request For Proposal (RFP) for Increasing QITABI 2 project visibility.
