Floor, Le Mall Building, Northern Metn, Dbayeh, Lebanon Dear Sir/Madam: World Learning’s Leaders for Democracy Fellowship (LDF) program is a MEPI funded program that strives to provide emerging and mid-career civic leaders from the Middle East and North Africa with the opportunity to complete an academic training and gain relevant professional experience within a practicum host organization in Beirut, Lebanon. As a part of our program implementation, the project requires Taxi services. Taxi companies are invited to participate in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process by reading this “RFQ 2.2.17 LDF Taxi Services” and submitting the best price offer on the “Annex A - Bid Form - LDF Taxi Services” attached as well as submitting their pricing lists. The RFQ details and instructions for submission of offers is found on the bid forms provided. Kindly Note the following: Price quotations should include all specifications including bus trips Price quotations should be in LBP Your quotation should cover all payment terms VAT or service tax should be included in your pricing Registration number is required Submitting Offers You are invited to fill out the attached “Annex A - Bid Form - LDF Taxi Services” completely and accurately and submit it, along with the specifications and features of the taxi services offer and your pricing list in pdf format to ldfprocurement@worldlearning.org Deadline for Submission: Friday, August 18, 2017 at 5:00pm (+3 GMT Beirut) RFQ Inquiries All inquiries must be addressed to the following email: ldfprocurement@worldlearning.org No telephone inquiries will be permitted. Evaluation of Offers Following the RFQ deadline, all responsive offers will be examined, evaluated, and scored by the evaluation committee. The grading scale is 1-100 points with the scoring criteria as follows: Criteria Maximum Points Allowed Price Offer 70% Quality Services & Support 30% Total Points 100 Award Notification/Service Agreement Following the evaluation of the offers, you will be informed of the outcome. If selected, you will be asked to meet at the “Leaders for Democracy Fellowship – World Learning” team to discuss further details regarding the Service Agreement signature.
