To all interested legally registered Lebanese companies specialized in ICT equipment: World Learning Inc. (WL) implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Education Improvement (QITABI) Project, formally invites interested bidders to participate in a competitive procurement process requiring interested companies to submit asap a bidder’s request to receive the full Request For Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Start-Up of ICT Equipment and basic orientation on the use of the equipment, to be supplied to a number of selected Public Schools in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE). The RFQ, including all specifications, terms & conditions is available by sending an email to: procurement@qitabi.org between November 12 and November 23, 2018. Final bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to WL Beirut offices on December 07, 2018 no later than 5:00 pm Beirut time.
