Knowledge Development Compnay (KDC) is seeking a Finance Officer for the USAID-funded “Expand Your Horizons” program in Lebanon.

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing all project-charged finances, financial reporting, accounting, and compliance, including field-based procurement and local accounting. The Finance Officer will report to the EYH Office Director and KDC financial manager, and will receive training from World Learning and AMIDEAST regarding USAID financial regulations and establish systems in coordination with the World Learning Finance Officer that are in accordance with those regulations.

The ideal Finance Officer will have a university degree in accounting, finance or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing financial accounting and systems for an organization. The ability to operate a computer and knowledge of financial and accounting systems are a must.Past USAID finance-related experience or knowledge of USAID financial regulations are an advantage.
