1008241 WVL I Call for Tender I Video on urban programming in Beirut.

World Vision Lebanon is looking for a videographer to develop a creative video around World Vision’s urban programming in Beirut & Mount Lebanon, specifically in Sin El Fil, Bourj Hammoud, Jdeide Boachiryi El Sed, Ain El Remmaneh, Chiyah,  Furn El Chibak and Shatila camp. The video should highlight the urban lens (diversity, density, dynamics) of these communities, the vulnerability and poverty facing the children and their families with a highlight on how host community, refugees and foreign workers live in cities; their struggles to survive amidst an already vulnerable community. Additionally, the video should demonstrate how WVL holistic development interventions impacted the lives of children in these areas. The video must include general footage for the city (inside and out), interviews from local communities, diverse community members (old and young), local representative from the municipality to highlight both needs and offered solutions that show impact.  The video will also have key figures and statistics inserted. The selected videographer will handle the development of the video.

Please note:

  • Companies/consultants missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
  • Any submission of Letter of Interest after deadline will be rejected and companies will not be invited to Tender.

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system(Provision) to interested companies/consultants by November 5, 2019. Tender documents will include detailed ToR and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system, no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.
