World Vision International is a Christian, community-based and child-focused organization working in 100 countries around the world, serving and partnering with all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, capacity, background or gender.

 

World Vision is seeking interested suppliers to upgrade the old heating system in the first floor at National Office in Beit Mery.

The old heating system piping failed the pressure test; therefore, WVL decided to implement a new superficial piping connection, establish a new connection to the technical room, install a new boiler, and carry out all other necessary works to ensure full functionality.

All Companies interested in Tender participation should submit the Letter of Interest to the WV Lebanon Procurement email address  Lbn_Procurement@wvi.org to receive the Tender Documentation.

 

A letter of Interest should include the following information:

 

 

 

 

  • Answers will be shared with all interested bidders by the latest 15 September 2025.

 

 

Please note:

  • Companies missing contact information in the Letter of Interest will not be considered for the Tender Participation.
  • Any submission of a Letter of Interest after the deadline will be rejected, and companies will not be invited to Tender.

 

Tender Documents will be sent out electronically through WV procurement system (Provision) to interested companies/consultants by September 03, 2025, since the deadline of offers submission via online system is 17 September 2025 8:00 pm Tender documents will include TOR and submission instructions. All applications should be received online through the system; no hard copies or email submission will be accepted.

Payments will be made via fresh money transfer.

 

All bank charges shall be fully borne by the supplier.

               

In case the Consultant is not registered with Ministry of Finance, a deduction of 8.5 % should always be considered.

 

No Price Negotiation: Please note that this tender follows a "best and final offer" (BAFO) approach. Suppliers are expected to submit their most competitive price and comprehensive proposal initially, as no negotiations regarding price will be undertaken after the submission deadline

 

Site visit is required before submitting the offer.

Mandatory site visit on 11 September 2025.
