6869 - World Vision Lebanon - Call for Tender - Rehabilitation of Waste Water Treatment Plant in Ablah

For interested contractors, the below BOQs are attached for your quoting:
NOTE THAT "Annex C - BOQ 3" is optional. It presents the option of Solar power supply by PV panels, and this service might or might not be executed.

Interested contractors are cordially invited to submit their bid for the above not later than Friday 31th of August 2018 along with the below requested documents, and offers should be submitted by email to address: LBN_Tenders@wvi.org  AND  in a Sealed Envelope to our office in Mansourieh.

A site visit will be held on Monday 27th of August 2018 in the presence of World Vision WASH Engineer. Interested candidates are to liaise with World Vision Procurement Department for site visit: 04-401 980 Ext 1081 by sending an email LBN_Procurement@wvi.org BEFORE the date of the site visit BY FRIDAY 24th OF AUGUST AT 12PM.
Any requests for site visit after FRIDAY 24th OF AUGUST AT 12PM will be rejected.

Submission of Bids: (more details in TOR)
Offers must be submitted in 3 separately sealed envelopes to World Vision National Office as follows AND by email to LBN_Tenders@wvi.org  (divided into 3 separate files)
·    1 sealed envelope/document containing Company Portfolio
·    1 sealed envelope/document containing technical part of the offer
·    1 sealed envelope/document containing financial part of the offer

Kindly make sure to clearly mention the subject in your email or in the top-right hand side of the Sealed Envelope with the name of the Supplier and the subject line:
