Project Objectives:
This project is funded by WVUS and aims at reducing physical and psychological vulnerabilities of crisis-affected people, especially women and children in South Lebanon through addressing the rights of the children to development, participation, protection and quality education, which are being violated daily and on an appalling scale. 
This education and protection program focuses on children aged 0-12 years, with age-appropriate programs offered holistically to ensure children at every age will not be left behind – the ECCD component of the program focuses on children aged 0-6 while the Child Protection component focuses on children aged 6-12.
The purpose of the baseline is:
    ·    To identify if the program was properly designed to meet targeted needs through evaluating and assessing program theory, logic, conceptual components and assumptions
·    To assess the progress made towards achieving the project’s outcomes and outputs.
·    To investigate whether the resources (financial, human, and materials) have been used efficiently and effectively for the well-being of the target community.
·    To assess the sustainability of the project, particularly focusing on the capacity and willingness of the communities to sustain the program’s achievements.
