Dear Valued Suppliers,

World Vision International is looking to rent a 1,000 square meter land for camping venue where students are allowed to practice daytime camping, facilitate and implement activities to enhance positive interaction and communication 

Title: 736721 I Call for Tender I Full Camping at Maten Area for 7 days.

Project Objectives:
The venue should be a large square with no layers , accommodating a large number of students ( between 120 to 150 students  per day), and provide facilitators to support in implementing activities focused on topics related to ( taking responsibility , good communication , team building, set up a tent,  ……).
Supplier is needed to provide a venue for camping, a team to facilitate the activities that tailored according to the aim of the event, to enhance positive interaction and communication in five schools as per the below details. Also providing healthy meal (should include lunch, Snack, juice, Water) depending on the budget.
Period of implementation of tasks will be start from April 12, 2019 until end of June 2019.
The purpose:
    ·    This program aims to enhance positive interaction and communication for students benefiting from the Life Skills (LS) program in 5 schools at JBs and chiyah area, noting that the students are of grades 3 to 8.
