World Vision Lebanon is looking for a consultant to:

  • Provide animation services for 8 events (8 different days) to take place in Central Bekaa, each event will host about 300 kids. (Live animation show with musical instruments) as per TOR1.
  • Provide inflatable games for 8 events (8 different days) to take place in Central Bekaa, each event will host about 300 kids. As per TOR 2 (7 games per day)

The consultant can apply for TOR 1 (Animation) separately, TOR 2 (Inflatable games) separately, or BOTH TORs at once. Note that the consultant can be awarded for 1 service (Animation or Inflatable games) or both services together.

•            Provide a certified copy of a certificate of business registration, certificate of incorporation, business license or similar document (Commercial circular & Commercial Register) شهادة_تسجيل_شركة + اذاعة_تجارية

•            Provide Letter from the Bank with Bank details

•            Provide ID of authorized Signatory مفوض بالتوقيع

•            Provide a certified copy of tax registration, tax clearance certificates or similar documents (Vat Document)

•            Provide information on ownership structure (Name of directors of the company / Owner) (Organization chart)

•            Provide last two years of audited financial statements or tax filing, or similar documents

•            Provide references from previous customers

•            Proof that company is clear of legal disputes in court for past 3 years

•            Sign Supplier Code of Conduct and WV’s Safeguarding document (attached)

•            Sign WV Anti-Corruption Policy (attached)

•            Sign WV Conflict of Interest (attached)

•            SRF (attached)
