Terms of Reference World Vision – Lebanon Sponsorship project Training about “GOOD STUDY HABITS” December 2013 Document Purpose This document outlines the goals of the students awareness sessions, the responsibilities of World Vision (first party), and the responsibilities of potential contracted second parties. It also defines the process interested second parties must undergo in order to bid for contract fulfillment, as well as a timeframe for overall project success. Project Description The training about “good study habits” aims to help students and teachers in dealing with daily studies; they are in need to succeed. Knowing the above will help the targeted people to create the life they desire and to access their inner resources needed to succeed. Awareness sessions will be conducted in Central Bekaa ADP for teachers in order to be able to train students in schools such as in: Ferzol, Ablah, Niha, Terbol, Anjar, Almecherfe, Rayak and Kafarzabad. Contractor (Second Party) Specifications A qualified candidate for the second party contractor must: Be organization/trainer able to work with the teachers who have many years of experience in the Bekaa area. Be experienced in working with teachers and students about different steps of Good Study Habits. Be sufficiently able to fulfill contract requirements within specified timeframe (includes adequate staffing) Submit all specified bidding documents by December 9, 2013 Program Specifications For Teachers: Subject/Session Month ADP Duration of the session - How to listen and understand the lesson in class - How to study at home and where - How to organize work - How to prepare yourself for exams November Central Bekaa 5 hours Party Responsibilities World Vision (First Party) The first party agrees to: Provide sufficient project funding. Review second party reports and provide general oversight as necessary.
