World Vision Lebanon Call For Tender - Child Hygiene Day Camp Event For Unicef Bekaa

World Vision Lebanon is seeking to conduct Child Hygiene Day Camp Event in Bekaa for Children on February 2016 for 5 days. The project goal is to raise awareness on Hygiene topics among children aged 3-12 years. The venue should have the following specification: Able to accommodate 150 children in closed hall. Can provide 1 snack and 1lunch parcel per child. Is equipped with a stage, carpet, chairs tables, LCD projector and screen. Have a covered playground with swings and slides. Provide a popcorn machine. Prepare 2 stations for activities in a covered hall. Is equipped with a playground for children (optional). These club events will be conducted according to the below schedule at a rate of 2 to 4 sessions per day for 5 days. For interested suppliers, a detailed ToR is attached which requires your quoting.
