Children Council – Casual Worker TOR: UNICEF C4D Project

• Assist in enhancing the partnerships with Municipalities, CBOs, scouts and FBOs and build positive and constructive relationships in order to understand their needs and interests.
• Support Project Officer in preparing and organizing community based activities including workshops, trainings, and other events in coordination with relevant stakeholders and WVL Technical Team.
• Assist in building the capacity and raise awareness on COVID-19, Vaccination Campaign and CP related topics and interventions to partners, stakeholders and beneficiaries.
• Refer and follow up on identified CP and other cases (health, legal, GBV, Shelter, etc…) with close coordination with WVL CP technical people
• Follow up on tracking sheets of attendance of relevant activities related to CBOs. FBOs and Scouts.
• Conduct regular spot checks on running sessions and initiatives.
• Handle the distribution of PPE, data cards and other COVID-19 related materials to partners.
• Collect accurate and timely data for project design, monitoring, implementation and evaluation
• Follow up and support partners with proposals of the initiatives aligned with the COVID-19 vaccination campaign.
• Assist in providing sessions and training for Municipalities, CBOs, Scouts, FBOs and beneficiaries. 
• Filing and documentation
• Abide by the security policies and procedures, be responsible of own security and report any incidents or breaches to line manager and / or security manager.
• Attend training and capacity building opportunities.
• Conduct activities and meetings following WVL’s safeguarding policy, code of conduct and national PSS guidelines.  
• Report weekly on achievements, challenges, targets…to the project facilitator
• Send weekly plans to the Project officer. 
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

• Strongly knowledge in child rights and protection.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility
• Candidates must have skills in working with people of all ages and social groups
• High integrity in social interactions
• Computer and Facilitation Skills
