Child Protection Training Coordinator

Plan, design and conduct Psychosocial Support sessions for parents of children enrolled in the Psychosocial Support Centers and community on Children Developmental Stages, Parenting styles, Problem Solving, Disciplining Children and Protecting Children. Increase the capacity and awareness of caregivers and community members to address child protection/GBV concerns and promote psychosocial wellbeing through sensitization sessions. Plan and conduct orientations for all project staff in child protection principles, behavior protocols, CP policies, child rights, CP in emergencies and other project specific skills. Build the capacities of animators, assistant animators, social workers and outreach workers on topics related to child protection. Build the capacities of the CBCPCs leaders in Beirut and Akkar on the CPA model to engage and enable communities identifying and reporting on CP issues and concerns.
