Consultant - Student Training

Document Purpose: This document outlines the goals of the Hygiene behaviors trainings Component, the responsibilities of  World Vision and the responsibilities of potential contracted, as well as a timeframe for overall project success. DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The project aims to contribute to the realization of child well-being through promotion of access to, and use of, safe water and basic sanitation services, and promote improved hygiene for 1,087 children and 95 teachers. THE PURPOSE OF THE TRAINING The Health training will be provided to council student, of  cheikh ayash, Qlayaat and Tal hayat schools which include: To student council on:  Age-specific life-skills based hygiene education sessions for children tackling knowledge, attitudes and skills. life-skills based menstrual hygiene education tackling knowledge, attitudes and skills and physical and emotional changes during puberty delivered to girls Produce with the children communication material promoting appropriate hygiene behaviours. TIMELINE The Trainings is expected to be held on October, November December The it will take place  in Sahel Area.   EXPECTED OUTPUTS  Evaluation report in English                                                                                                    NUMBER AND LOCATION OF TRAINING Training Center : cheikh ayash school, tal hayat school, Qlayaat school.   TASK Estimated # of working days Age-specific life-skills based hygiene education sessions for children tackling knowledge, attitudes and skills.   6 days (2 sessions in each school( life-skills based menstrual hygiene education tackling knowledge, attitudes and skills and physical and emotional changes during puberty delivered to girls   3 day (1 session in each school) Produce with the children communication material promoting appropriate hygiene behaviours.   3 days (1 session in each school) Total Days 12 working days NEEDED QUALIFICATIONS                                                                          - Background in social work, health and lifeskills - Previous experience in facilitating trainings on health  with children - Previous experience in implementing Health activities with adults - Strong arabic communication skills   - Experience working with children - Knowledge about Child rights in Lebanon.
