Development Facilitator (Youth Employment Project)

Lead the implementation of the life Youth Employment Project in Middle Dreib. Develop with the youth a plan of action that fits both the youth' preferences and the market demand (i.e. set up a business coaching service, fund existing VET services, create youth employment hubs, etc.) Mobilize the youth to take part of activities/events organized by other ADPs (i.e. forums, kermes, festivals, etc.) to share their learning experience with other groups/youth Conduct training for youth on financial literacy Conduct training for youth on business development and management skills (i.e. computer basics and computer maintenance, job search, interview skills and writing a business plan) Conduct training for youth on networking skills Conduct training for youth on communication skills Support youth groups create a common vision for their group Conduct team building activities to enhance the team spirit among the youth groups Raise awareness among parents on youth' future visions and the importance of supporting youth at this critical phase of their lives Facilitate the engagement of youth groups with parents to discuss these issues in a supportive, trustful, and safe environment Communicate effectively World Vision’s identity, mission, vision, values and its approach in order to work in ways that are contextually appropriate and clear Work with Social Groups to support, monitor and evaluate ongoing activities according to plan of action, budget and record progress. Actively participate as an ADP team member in sharing feedback, reflection and learning.
