Data collection and Assessments

Conduct needs assessments on a regular basis; to avoid wrong implementation of the activities required by the donor

Collect data for new comers in the ITSs

Update data on field on a regular basis to ensure clean and accurate data for all the ITS.

Conduct WaSH Assessment Platform every 3 months.

Conduct Health Camp Monitoring Assessment every 6 Months.

Provide support for the WASH Portfolio teams when needed

Ensure handling and filling questionnaires through digital device (tablet) and ensure all information on each survey is accurate prior submission on the database,

Submit completed tasks on time and discuss with the supervisor highlights, notes and protection cases on a daily basis (i.e. total sites visited, challenges, protection cases),

Implement assigned tasks as per the weekly detailed monitoring and data gathering implementation plan;

Inform the manager of any deviations from the planned activities;

Make sure to refer any protection case to Manager

Perform other duties as required

Attend trainings locally and internationally.

Attend and participate in WVL’s spiritual nurture and other organizational events.

Abide by the security policies and procedures and report any incidents or breaches to line manager and / or security manager.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High School completion certificate.

Good understanding and knowledge of the Central Bekaa, West Bekaa and North Bekaa areas.

Previous experience with NGOs in emergency and / or development projects, experience in WASH Project is a plus.

Expertise to enter, transcribe, record, maintain data/information in written or electronic forms.

Basic understanding of technology such as tablets.

Ability to act with appropriate respect to the beneficiaries’ cultures and traditions.

Ability to listen and respond to beneficiary inquiry under any circumstances.

Ability to gather information in an objective, appropriate and sensitive way.

A valid driver’s license (more than 1 year old) and a car.

Ability to travel across the country regularly for training, assessment, regular monitoring and evaluation
