Main tasks:
- Support the Facilitator to work with existing entities to organize, prepare and implement project initiatives and other activities.
- Attend training and capacity building opportunities.
- Assist in conducting activities and meetings following WVL’s safeguarding policy, code of conduct and national PSS guidelines.
- Support the facilitator in collecting all needed documents from partners (Proposals, received notes…)
- Refer cases in line with existing inter-agency referral mechanisms and internal WV guidance to the project facilitator.
- Participate in safeguarding, CP, PSEA, SIR training, and working in line with WV’s safeguarding policy and Code of Conduct.
- Support existing entities and facilitator in planning and conducting the initiatives.
- Report weekly on achievements, challenges, targets…to the facilitator
- Send weekly plans to the facilitator
- Abide by the security policies and procedures, be responsible of own security and report any incidents or breaches to line manager and / or security manager.
- Be aware of the emergency procedures in a response and ensure that necessary preparedness measures have been implemented after coordination with facilitator.

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strongly knowledge in child rights and protection.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility
- Candidates must have skills in working with people of all ages and social groups
