Major Tasks:
Follow up on the related clerical aspects of vacancies and employment such as personnel requisition forms, posting job ads, job application forms.
Collect and manage the database of received resumes.
Contact potential candidates and arrange interview schedules.
Participate in conducting the interviews.
Perform further background reference investigation for all possible hires and send regret letters.
Issuing Job offers and preparing employment agreements and contracts.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Response Human Resources Officer.
Manage response employees’ files as per World Vision Lebanon Human Resources standards.
Ensure child protection, code of conduct, conflict of interest, Harassment Prevention, HRIS Privacy Statement policies are signed by new employees as require.
Requirements:
Cultural sensitivity.
Knowledge of HR administration and good working knowledge of principle of HR.
Excellent written English, with good command of spoken Arabic and English.
Excellent administrative skills.
