TOR- Market Consultant for Livelihood Project   Project: Livelihood for Palestinians Duration:  Maximum 3 months Start Date: April 2012 Area of implementation: Tyre, South Lebanon- Bourj El Shemali and El Buss Refugee Camps and surrounding gatherings Basic Requirements of successful contractor: Experience in market assessment design and collection Experience in community needs and asset research Experience in collecting, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data Access to, or ability to assemble a team of data collectors Basic understanding of community development Strong report writing skills Overview of data required for collection, analysis and reporting: The purpose of the gathered information is to provide the project team with a basic understanding and a holistic view of the condition of each respective topic summarized below.
