MAJOR TASKS:
Support in developing monitoring and reporting systems and tools with Response programme/project staff (including data collection methodology and tools, designing reporting forms, outlining monitoring responsibilities)
Conduct project objective level monitoring
Ensure quality, compliance, and timeliness of monitoring reports according to donor requirements
Develop a Programme Accountability Framework for the WVL Humanitarian Emergency Response programme
Develop frameworks, systems and tools for providing information to partners and beneficiaries, consulting with communities, promoting participation, and collecting feedback and complaints that arise through monitoring and sharing those with Response Manager
