1. Outreach Operation
Supervising the Outreach teams through field application of principles and standards and working closely with Outreach coordinator to ensure that all Outreach staff are regularly trained on these principles.
Supervise the Outreach HHs visits through field visits to ensure that outreach assistants meet the planned objectives including but not limiting to: scheduling the outreach visits, design the weekly plans for the teams and follow up.
Receive assessments results and field visits findings and document, record and file all the data collected.
Maintain very clear and good filling system which facilitates easy access to project support documents and other data such as completed questionnaires.
Ensuring completion of daily data entry operation.
Compile and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to Outreach Coordinator for further consolidation.
2- Coordination
Facilitate internal coordination with security, logistics and sector leads for smooth planning of field activities.
Coordinate with all response departments and staff to provide any required support generated from the findings of the outreach activities and assessments.
Coordinate with other IPs at field level in understanding any emerging issues that might need follow up through outreach.
3.Management
All Staff management requirements will fall under the responsibility of the Outreach Coordinator.
