MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist and engage in the Project Cycle Management phasesBuild relationships / capacities of local communityStrengthen relationships with stakeholdersProject reportingAssist in identifying new projects’ opportunities in order to increase funding and impactCoordinate Advocacy activities at the ADP level  KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: University degree in a field related to community development work (preferably in a field such as social work, sociology, public health, etc.).At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar positionExcellent written and spoken English. Knowledge or Arabic language is an added advantage.Very good command of written and spoken Arabic and English.Computer literate in Microsoft Office package.A member of the community or acquainted with the Area Development Program’s communities.Ability to work under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsGood facilitator and problem solverLeadership abilities, especially as a facilitator of community development processes.Acquainted with accounting principles.Strong knowledge of core principles of children rights, participation, do no harm, as well as children in emergencies minimum standards60% Field work and 40 % office work
