Sponsorship Field Coordinator – Bint Jbeil

MAJOR TASKS: •Maintain all files related to Sponsorship with regards to each sponsored child’s file such as correspondence, Annual Progress Report, Introductory Letters, sponsored visits files, child management standard form and updated Child History and in compliance with the Sponsorship Tracking Enhancement Program.•Respond to all Sponsorship related requests from the Sponsorship Office Coordinator at the National Office.•Work and follow-up with volunteers on a weekly basis on Sponsorship related information from the community in order to better respond to the National Office within the required standards.•Coordinate with volunteers to complete the Annual Progress Reports, Christmas cards, correspondence, Introductory Letters, Sponsorship Tracking Enhancement Program validation forms in the recruitment of new children. Collect information on the sponsored children in the area, to be sent to the Sponsors according to the policy.•Ensure that all children are visited at least four times a year. Complete the Sponsorship Tracking Enhancement Program monitoring forms of those registered children with the volunteers. These forms reflect the benefit of participation in the Area Development Program activities including education, health, etc. •Prepare Child Histories for the growth of the project in order to meet the deadlines and the project quota by putting a plan with the community and the Area Development Program Manager.•Take pictures of Sponsored children with the coordination of the Area Development Program manager on an annual basis and when required.•Handle Gift Notifications in coordination with the Sponsored child’s family and in compliance with World Vision’s criteria.•Receive, dispatch Sponsor mail to volunteers and send back children responses to the National Office within the time limits of the Area Development Program standards.•Prepare a monthly narrative report to show the achievements of the month and objectives of the next month.•Submit the stoplight report to the National Office to show the in/out going mail, queries, Gift Notifications, etc. are sent as per the agreed Area Development Program standards  SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:             Knowledge and Skills  Knowledge of child protection / child rights Good command of Arabic and English Computer literate mainly with MSOffice software package Good communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships Ability to deal with children and people from different cultures and backgrounds Ability to foster a good team spirit Ability to transmit information correctly with accountability and maintain confidentiality Ability to carry out secretarial duties as required Ability to travel within country with a valid driver’s license   Experience One year exposure to secretarial work and child protection issues Others A resident of Bint Jbeil Area and its suburbs      EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular – Full Time   Qualified candidates are requested to send their CV to the following fax number or e-mail address: Fax number:      00 961 4 401982 e-mail address:   cv@worldvision.org.lb
