1- Facilitate project’s implementation

Plan and follow up on all outreach related activities including :
Sending of monthly planning to the outreach coordinator, beginning of each month
Submission of a monthly report related to the progress of the work to the outreach coordinator
Conduct regular spot-checks on running sessions
Enrolment of children in public schools
Meetings with key stakeholders to engage them about the project interventions and agree on their contributions in order to ensure sustainability.
Network with local NGOs, municipalities, schools, community centers, and communities.
Mapping of available educational, and protection services available
Set criteria for the identification of potential beneficiaries to the relevant project’s programs.
Dissemination of information related to Education and CP for both Lebanese and Syrian refugees based on the mapping
Early Childhood, Homeschooling and Positive parenting sessions targeting parents
Establishment of ECD and Child Protection Committees jointly with Project team
Mobilization of communities' participation in social cohesion events at the end of each project cycle
When needed, conduct outreach educational session in the absence of the Outreach facilitator.
Manage and build the capacity of outreach facilitators:
Supervise the work of the facilitators
Meet with the team weekly
Respond to all the teams’ concerns (annual leaves, sick leaves, payslips, etc.)
Participate and collaborate in other activities (recreational, psychosocial, awareness and non-formal education) conducted in community centers/Informal tented settlements, when needed
Attend training and capacity building opportunities
Attend on behalf of the outreach coordinator coordination meetings when required
II- Ensure children’s safety and protection

Filter referred cases to case management agencies and service providers
Support in the identification of key protection issues or threats affecting children and communities and raise them to portfolio manager, and EiE and CiE Coordinators.
Filter and analyze the identification and referral of children in need of tailored support to specific institutions/service providers (health services, other NFE programme, PSS services)
III- Handle tracking, reporting on activities and filing

Ensure all project means of verifications (MOV) including attendance sheets, pre/post-tests, minutes of meetings, and evaluation documents are in place.
Ensure that all project related MOV are entered into the system.
Ensure that filling and archiving of specific forms for referrals and weekly reporting are taking place while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and timeliness.
Support the Portfolio Manager, EiE, and CiE Coordinators, in the development of different project reports.
Ensure that the Referral Tracking sheet is filled on a monthly basis and is sent to the relevant focal person.
4- Perform other duties as required

Safety and Security responsibilities
Responsible of own security and actively contribute to a positive security culture
Abide by the security policies and procedures and report any incidents or breaches to line manager and / or security manager
HEA responsibilities:
Be aware of the emergency procedures in a response and ensure that necessary preparedness measures have been implemented after coordination with Project manager
Other duties:
Attend and participate in local and international capacity building events as needed
Attend and participate in spiritual nurture events and other organizational events Perform other related tasks as required by the Project Manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- University degree or higher education relevant to Social work, psychology or social animation, or other relevant fields;
- Experience in project implementation, monitoring and report writing.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge or Arabic language is an added advantage
- Candidates must have skills in working with people of all ages and social groups;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility
- High integrity in social interactions
- Good verbal and written (reporting) communication skills, with thorough knowledge of Arabic and English and pro-active negotiation skills
- Skilled at working with local communities
- Understanding of policies concerning Child Protection
- Willing to travel within the region approximately 60% of time.
- Knowledge of the psychosocial guidelines and approaches related to emergency context (MHPSS IASC guidelines, PFA principles, etc.).
- Familiar with core principles of Children Rights, Participation, Do No Harm, Community and Family Support as well as Children in Emergencies minimum standards.
