Services You'll Support

Academic Projects: Help students understand project requirements and deadlines

Tutoring Sessions: Coordinate scheduling and resolve any session-related issues

Recorded Videos: Assist with access to educational video content and troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

Answer student and parent questions via WhatsApp, phone, and email

Explain our services and guide students to the right option

Handle complaints or issues with professionalism

Follow up to ensure student satisfaction

Keep records of all communications in our system

Coordinate with sales and tutors to meet student needs

Proactively reach out to students to ensure they're getting the support they need

Monitor and respond to messages across all communication channels promptly

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary

Contribute to improving our customer service processes and procedures

Requirements

1–3 years of customer service or support experience

Strong communication in English (Arabic is a plus)

Patient, empathetic, and good at problem-solving

Comfortable using apps (WhatsApp, Zoom, CRM systems)

Organized and able to manage multiple student requests

Excellent listening skills and attention to detail

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes

Team player with a positive attitude
