We are seeking highly organized and proactive Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects and tasks are executed smoothly and efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time.

Serve as the primary point of contact between team members, clients, and Tutors.

Manage schedules, meetings, and deadlines, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.

Assist in the planning and execution of events, projects, and other company initiatives.

Handle administrative duties such as documentation, data entry, and report generation.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise to keep the workflow uninterrupted.

Support the management team in strategy development and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
