We are hiring a Sales Expert to help grow our tutoring business by communicating with potential students and parents via WhatsApp in Arabic. The ideal candidate is quick on the computer, can manage multiple chats at once, and is skilled in turning inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with leads on WhatsApp in written Arabic in a professional and friendly tone.

Quickly respond to messages and manage multiple conversations at once.

Understand student needs and recommend the best tutoring package.

Follow up with leads and keep records organized using basic tools.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.

Stay updated on our services, prices, and ongoing offers.

Requirements

Fluent in Arabic (written communication is essential).

Very fast and efficient on a computer — strong typing speed and multitasking ability.

Prior experience in sales, online customer service, or lead conversion.

Able to work independently and think on their feet.

Familiar with WhatsApp Business, basic spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), and CRM tools (training can be provided).

Punctual, organized, and highly motivated by sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in education, tutoring, or working with students is a plus.

Background in academic sales or digital customer support is preferred.
