Key Responsibilities:

1-      Coordinate with WHO to plan for new shipments.

2-      Manage WHO requirements (reporting, visibility, field visits, etc.)

3-      Manage donor communication, reporting and documentation.

4-      Accompany MOPH clearing agents to inspect medication shipments at the airport/seaport.

5-      Ensure proper documentation, inspection and clearance of medicines in coordination with customs, MOPH and donors.

6-      Control medications accurately and maintain high standards of safety and confidentially.

7-      Ensure compliance with Good Storage and Distribution Practices (GSDP), and national regulations.

8-      Manage internal team members, warehouse and office staff.

9-       Manage the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures

10-  Monitor and report on warehouse temperature, humidity, inventory levels and coordinate annual contracts for insect control, fire safety etc…

11-  Implement additional related duties as requested by the CEO.

 

Qualifications:

-          Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.

-          Licensed and registered with the national board of pharmacists.

-          Minimum 2 years of experience

-          Strong attention to detail, organizational and documentation skills.

-          Excellent communication in English.

 

Reporting:

-          Reports to the CEO.
