Main Responsibilities
Assists in applying administrative, financial and technical management methods in implementing social and educational activities
Assists in research and assessments in the context of our social and educational work
Arranges for meetings and workshops and take minutes in English and Arabic
Initiates and maintains a variety of files and records
Enters data into an accounting system
Collects and assembles data and background materials for a variety of reports
Screens calls and visitors and answers or refers inquiries as appropriate
Assists in the house management
Performs related duties as assigned
