Introduction
Engaging with other people can be confusing, even at the best of times where communication is largely through text, and can easily be misunderstood. So what etiquette should you use in email to make the recipient feel comfortable, and to make sure you look professional?

In this context, the main purpose of etiquette is to show consideration for others. It provides anchor points to prove you're on the same page, and at least have some mutual understanding. In other words, etiquette is a subtle way of building rapport. 

Increasingly, it is being recognized that volunteering is a valuable resource and should be managed and supported as effectively as possible. By the end of this course, participants are expected to be able to; recruit and manage volunteers, develop policies and procedures for volunteers and identifying the volunteer motives, strengths and weaknesses.

Recently, project management has been increasingly changing from a systemic tools approach to a more integrated, holistic, contextual, and behavioral discipline. In fact, at a societal level, project management principles are being used and implemented everywhere throughout the public, private, industrial and non-for-profit sectors.
