Short Bio
I am a humanitarian professional based in Lebanon with a background in protection, social work, and people-centered programming. My work is driven by a strong belief in dignity, accountability, and inclusive practice, both with communities and within organizations. I value collaboration, ethical leadership, and continuous learning, and I am particularly interested in creating safe, supportive, and equitable work environments. I approach my work with empathy, structure, and a commitment to contributing positively to the teams and systems I am part of.
Experience with the Civil Society
I am a protection and social work professional with over nine years of experience in humanitarian and development programmes in Lebanon. Until December 2025, I served as Protection Coordinator with the Norwegian Refugee Council, where I worked closely with senior management and HR teams on onboarding, performance management support, safeguarding, and staff development. I led induction processes, delivered safeguarding and PSEA trainings, supported safe recruitment practices, and contributed to data-informed decision-making. My work is grounded in protection principles, accountability, and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and staff wellbeing.
