EVA Dbouk

Eva Dbouk is a programs manager with the Lebanese Observatory for Workers and Employees’ Rights-LOWER, where she designs strategic interventions and mentors implementation action plans. During her professional path, she moved between both private sector and non-profit organizations, where she had the opportunity to acquire varied professional skills and a full understanding of human rights and specific issues encountered by diverse rights holders. She graduated from the Lebanese University with a bachelors degree in Public Relations & Advertising Campaigns, Faculty of Journalism & Documentation in 2000 and, in 2019 she held a certificate in gender mainstreaming in development and humanitarian assistance along with a diploma in NGO management from the Lebanese American University- LAU.
