One Health Approach - Veterinarian
Short Bio
Expert in animal health, livestock management, and sustainable agriculture, with extensive experience leading projects in animal health control, traceability, and farm management. As the AAHCP Project Director and Small Ruminants Department Manager, I collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance animal welfare, biosecurity, and disease prevention strategies. I played a pivotal role in implementing workshops on a national level and innovative solutions for sustainable farming. I am passionate about advancing the agricultural sector, and actively supports initiatives both internationally and in my home country, Lebanon.
Experience with the Civil Society
Deeply committed to civil society initiatives, particularly in the fields of sustainable agriculture, animal welfare, and rural development. I actively supports programs that enhance livestock health, improve farmers' livelihoods, and promote responsible environmental practices sucvh as AFDAL 2 and AAHCP. I have a strong belief in community-driven progress, and collaborates with stakeholders, policymakers, and local organizations to implement impactful solutions. I am dedicated to leveraging my expertise to contribute to agricultural and environmental sectors, fostering innovation, education, and long-term sustainability for rural communities.
