Community Health Supervisor

1.       Community health supervisor Responsibilities: -          Reports directly to the  project coordinator -          Participation in the daily household visits in the most vulnerable areas with the community health workers where the community health program is implemented. -          Supervise the daily work of community health workers -           Experience in team management -          Act as a focal point between community health workers and field coordinator of each Qada. -          Review and compile data collected from the field. -          Establish and maintain weekly schedule of activities for community health workers. -          Undertake any work requested the project coordinator Qualifications: -          Strong communication and interpersonal skills -          Experience in community mobilization and field work. -          Ability to work under pressure -          Team spirit and flexibility -          Patience and the ability to remain calm in crisis -          Strong motivation to help people in need -          Understanding of the context of the area -          Good in written and spoken Arabic and English
