IT maintenance and Backups
Legal and contractual
Transactions with the Ministries and public institutions (Visa request for guests, municipality dues, insurance…)
General administrative tasks
Budget, planning
Project coding, mailing…
Managing driver and admin assistant work
B) Qualifications
5 year experience in administration management
University degree in administration (MA is a plus)
Good Knowledge of administrative and secretarial procedures and systems
Organizational and communication skills
Computer skills (excellent in Office: Word, Excel…, Internet communication and navigation)
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic
Good organizational skills and ability to handle many tasks at the same time
Ability to work with others in an efficient and positive way
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and requested quality standards, and to handle outside office work (field visits, venues preparation…),
Availability for travel and abroad activities
Positive and professional communication capacity
