Purpose To Coordinate with support service administrator in the assigned jobs for the smooth functioning and management of the Response office and its requirement. Carry out office related jobs internal and external.
Major Tasks
Day to day filing of administrative files: office supplies tracking documents, A4 tracking documents.
Complete purchases of office (including stationery) and cleaning supplies. Follow up on all steps: from ordering supplies to arranging their receipt in the office.
Asset Management of the Office in coordination with the SSA.
Meeting the requirements of the Visitors to the office.
Ensure the confidentiality of documents.
Handle team house requirements
Assist in all logistics tasks related to training and events in coordination with the SSA
Contact suppliers as requested by SSA.
Ensure that the PRFs submitted by project managers are fully completed and contain full information.
Follow up on approvals of PRFs and LPOs.
Coordinate with warehouse assistant regarding receipt of items requested.
