Learning Difficulties

Document Purpose
This document outlines the goals of the Teachers training of World Vision (first party), and the responsibilities of potential contracted second parties. It also defines the process interested second party must undergo in order to bid for contract fulfillment, as well as a timeframe for overall project success.
Project Description
The Learning difficulty project will start with training 12 schools in Bekaa Area (1 or 2 teachers) from each school on diagnosing children with learning difficulties/disabilities,
This project must help teachers:
-To give assessment on learners with learning difficulties.
-To embedding for learners with learning difficulties.
-To have many support for learners with learning difficulties.
-To know the policy and regulations related to learners with learning difficulties.
-To practice qualifications and awards for learners with learning difficulties.
-To discover all resources that support teaching learners with learning difficulties.
-To develop quality processes and procedures related to learners with learning difficulties.
-To create learning materials.
-To apply skills for life this aims to improve teaching.
Knowing the above will help the targeted people to create the life they desire and to access their inner resources needed to succeed.
Contractor (Second Party) Specifications
A qualified candidate for the second party contractor must:
Be organization/trainer able to work with the students, teachers and parents on the Learning difficulties.
Be experienced in such work.
Be sufficiently able to fulfill contract requirements within specified timeframe (includes adequate staffing)
Submit all specified bidding documents by November 25 2013
