Terms of Reference World Vision – Lebanon Sponsorship project Training about facebook , twitter instagram and other webs ” April 2014   Document Purpose This document outlines the goals of the children awareness sessions, the responsibilities of World Vision (first party), and the responsibilities of potential contracted second parties. It also defines the process interested second parties must undergo in order to bid for contract fulfillment, as well as a timeframe for overall project success.   Project Description The training about “facebook , twitter and other web ” aims to help children and youth  in dealing with  media and their effect on our life ; they are in need to use it in safety and effective ways. Knowing the above will help the targeted people to create the life they desire and to access their inner resources needed to succeed. Awareness sessions will be conducted in Central Bekaa ADP for youth in in: Ferzol, Ablah, Niha, Terbol, Anjar, Rayak and Kafarzabad.   Contractor (Second Party) Specifications A qualified candidate for the second party contractor must: Be organization/trainer able to work with the youth of our villages Be experienced in working with youth  about different steps of social media Be sufficiently able to fulfill contract requirements within specified timeframe (includes adequate staffing) Submit all specified bidding documents by April 2014 Program Specifications For youth Subject/Session Month ADP Duration of the session How to create and use advertising , security of face book April Central Bekaa 3hours for 50 person How to create, terminologies , use and trending topics April Central Bekaa Other website over view April Central Bekaa   Party Responsibilities World Vision (First Party) The first party agrees to: Provide sufficient project funding. Review second party reports and provide general oversight as necessary.   Contractor (Second Party) The second party agrees to: Submit a report detailing: Attendance at these sessions Narrative Report   Project Timeframe Bids submitted: March 2014 Contract signed: April 2014   Required Documents for Bid Potential second party must submit the following documents to be considered for the project: Legal registration/certificate for being an official organization. Proposed budget, detailing: Sessions cost Workshop costs
