- Demonstrates all the principles of Business (market analysis, competition analysis, swat analysis, record keeping, bookkeeping, Customer service, marketing and business communication)
- Explain the proper ways to establish a small, sustainable and successful business.
- Prepares presentations that enhance the quality of learning for participants.
- Participate in curriculum and other developmental activities in order to oversee the program's progress.
- Evaluate each student's performance, knowledge, and skills in the respective course being taught, conduct regular assessments and prepare a progress report.
- Present the training in a very comprehensible manner that is easily understood.
- Utilize interactive learning strategies in order to emphasize the ideas of the training and assures a wide involvement from the trainees.
- Be fully prepared to answer any unforeseen questions and to provide assistance to training participants after classes.
- Participate in team meetings to help improve learning quality for students and to support them with various activities.
- Measuring the target participants’ knowledge before and after providing the training course.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Project coordinator.
Education Degree: Bachelor Degree Field of education: Business administration or other equivalent field Training of trainer certificate is preferable.
Experience 2 years.
Language: Arabic: fluent, English: very good
Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work effectively across a wide variety of cultural contexts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal and social relationships skills.
Flexibility in accepting work assignments;
Highly organized work habits, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team
